EFFECTS OF THE TEMPERATURE OF A HYBRID BIOMATERIAL NANOFLUID AND THE VOLUME FRACTION OF NANOPARTICLES ON ITS VISCOSITY

The nanoparticles of palm kernel, snail, and periwinkle shells have been synthesized for the first time for the preparation of nanofluids, and the viscosity of the resultant nanofluids was measured. The experiments were conducted at temperatures, varying from 30 to 70oC, for different volume fractions of nanoparticles in the nanofluids. It was established that the viscosity of the nanofluids of the indicated biomaterials, prepared on the basis of deionized water and ethylene glycol (50 : 50), increases with increase in the volume fractions of nanoparticles in them, and it exponentially decreases with increase in the temperature of the nanofluids
