The rheological analysis was performed with the use of the Quemada relation. The functional state of the endothelium and some biochemical indices of the blood of these pa- tients were investigated. It is shown that in patients with myocar- dial ischemia and diabetes mellitus, accompanied by dyslipemia and endocrine disturbances, rheological derangements and endothelial dysfunction develop. aA.
