LASER PROBING OF OPTICAL MEDIA
WITH NANODIMENSIONAL PARTICLES

The diameters and concentrations of copper nanoparticles 
on quartz glass have been measured with the laser-probing method. 
To confirm the results obtained, analysis of the nanodimensional particles 
by means of atomic-force microscopy has been performed.
