TESTING OF THE FLUENT PACKAGE IN CALCULATION 
OF SUPERSONIC FLOW IN A STEP CHANNEL

Nonstationary supersonic flow of a nonviscous gas in a 
step channel with Mach number M = 3 is calculated using the FLUENT 
package. The accuracy of predictions is analyzed on different types 
of grids, including those with dynamic local adaptation, and on numerical 
schemes of different approximation orders.
