ON THE PROBLEM OF MAGNETIC WAVE PROPAGATION AND
ABSORPTION WITH REGARD FOR RELAXATION PROCESSES

To describe the interaction of electromagnetic waves with 
a polarized medium, electric and magnetic relaxation times are introduced. 
A solution to the problem of periodic boundary regime propagation 
with regard for the hereditary characteristics of the absorbing medium, 
which qualitatively agrees with the experimental data, has been obtained.
