The data of chemical analysis, IR spectroscopy, and differential-thermal analysis point to the formation of a spatially cross-linked epoxy polymer under the influence of the phosphate binders. It has been shown that conventional binders can be used as high-temperature hardeners of epoxy oligomers. When water-deficient binders are used, the formation of a three-dimensional polymer structure is observed at room temperature. a Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, 9 Surganov Str., Minsk, 220072, Belarus; email: dubkova@igic.basnet.by; b Defense Materials & Stores Research & Development Establishment (DMSRDE) of the Ministry of Defense of the Government of India, Kanpur, India.
