DISPERSION PHENOMENON IN EXTRUDING A MATERIAL 
FROM A VESSEL THROUGH A NARROW HOLE

A hydrodynamic model of the process of dispersion of solids 
extruded by a piston from a vessel through a narrow hole is considered. 
The results obtained on the basis of this model are applied to evaluate 
the drilling depth at which the borehole walls begin to lose their 
stability.
