The work is devoted to the theory of motion of aerosol 
particles in temperature-inhomogeneous gases. An investigation is 
made of the influence of the Dufour effect on the thermophoresis rate 
of large volatile one-component drops. Estimates of the resultant 
formula show that this effect exerts an insignificant influence on 
the velocity of motion of the drops under actual conditions.
