OBTAINING HIGHLY-PERMEABLE POROUS SUBSTRATES FROM POLYACRYLONITRILE

A highly-permeable porous membrane with a selective layer from polyacrylonitrile on a nonwoven substrate from polyethylene terephthalate with a pore size of 56 nm, which possesses a water permeability of 310 L/(m2 ∙h∙atm), has been obtained. This makes it promising for use as the substrate in creating gas-distribution and nanofi ltration membranes.
