MATHEMATICAL SIMULATION OF THE EXTRACTION OF A BLENDING AGENT FROM CYLINDRICAL BODIES IN THE SEMICONTINUOUS REGIME
A problem of the kinetics of extraction of a blending agent from cylindrical bodies in an apparatus of semicontinuous action (periodic for the solid phase and continuous for the liquid phase) in which the liquid phase is completely mixed was formulated and solved analytically. The kinetics of the indicated process at different specifi c flow rates of the liquid phase was analyzed with the use of a numerical method. Recommendations on the use of the solution obtained for calculating the kinetics of extraction of technological contaminants from textile materials in the process of their fl ushing are given.
