The Forum will include the Plenary Sessions, the sections with oral and poster presentations, round tables, and lectures.

1. Fundamentals of heat and mass transfer (convective and radiative processes,turbulence, combustion, detonation and explosion, etc).

2. Heat transfer and kinetic processes in systems with chemical and phase transformations. Heat and mass transfer in the capillary-porous media; drying processes

3. High-temperature heat and mass transfer (plasma generation and plasma properties, plasma technologies, including surface modification, waste treatment etc.).

4. Heat and mass transfer in technological processes, industrial equipment and heat engines, heat pumps and refrigerating appliances.

5. Heat and mass transfer in contemporary power plants and technologies (thermal and nuclear power stations, reactors, boilers, furnaces, burners, turbines, cooling towers, water treatment plants).

6. Mesoscopic, thermal, and transport processes in rheological and biological objects and in systems with nano- and microparticles.

The working languages will be English and Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided for plenary presentations.

The program of the Forum will primarily include conceptual papers with new ideas and approaches, analytical reviews, reports and communications containing the results not published earlier. Papers dealing with the mechanics problems not directly associated with heat transfer, as well as contributions on thermophysical properties of the matter will not be accepted.

Paper selection will be based upon review of extended abstracts. The abstract of up to 4 pages of A4 format prepared according to the template on the Forum website: www.mif15.itmo.by/doc/Template (eng).doc is to present clearly the contents of the paper (communication).

The deadline of abstract submission is October 30 November 20, 2015
Information on acceptance will be sent by November 30, December 20, 2015. 
The deadline for receipt of camera-ready manuscripts is December 30, February 15, 2016.

By the time of the Forum, the Organizing Committee is planning to print a Book of Extended Abstracts in the original language and a Book of Abstracts in English. The papers (maximum 10 pages) and communications (maximum 5 pages) in the original language will be available on CD-R. The plenary and keynote papers, and also round table discussions will be published after the Forum in a special issue of the «Journal of Engineering Physics and Thermophysics», «Heat Transfer Research», «High Temperature Material Processes».

1. Requirements to the papers 
The abstracts submitted to the Forum must have the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) index, followed by the title of the work, names and initials of the authors, affiliation of the authors. The text of the abstract should not exceed 4 pages of A4 format. For typesetting it is recommended to use Word 2003 with font Times New Roman, size 12.

2. The registration fee (in currency equivalent) is 250 US $, for post graduates 100 US $.
